What’s Happening 3/27/26
Women of Forward
Women of Forward, join us TONIGHT for Game Night! It’s the perfect chance to enjoy an evening filled with laughter, connection, and meaningful fellowship.
Also, be on the lookout for our upcoming monthly women’s events—we have so many great things planned! Be sure to grab a bookmark with all the Women of Forward events for 2026 at the Welcome Desk this Sunday, so you don’t miss a thing.
Free t-shirts!
FREE T-Shirt THIS SUNDAY!! On Sunday, March 29th the first 300 ADULTS in the doors to attend the service will receive a free T-shirt until supplies and sizes run out.
Did you know that 80% of people will attend an Easter service if invited? Yet, only 2% of Christians actually invite someone to an Easter service.
Our prayer is that this resource will be a way to spark conversation with people, inviting them to our Easter service, and that through worship, hearts and lives will be turned to the Lord. We’re so excited to see all that God is going to do during this special Easter weekend as we’ve been praying and expecting!
| We’ll begin Easter weekend with our Good Friday service on Friday, April 3rd at 7 PM. Join us as we reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross on our behalf.! |

Easter Services
Then come back and join us on Sunday at 10:30 AM for our Easter service as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus together. It will be a powerful weekend that you are not going to want to miss!
Renovation Update
Lots of changes! We’re so excited to share that construction is almost complete in both the Worship Center and our forKids areas!!
We’ve expanded the Worship Center with a larger tech booth and added over 250 additional chairs to make room for more people. We’re also creating a new mother’s nursing room in the back corner for added comfort and care. And now, construction has begun on the men’s and women’s restrooms to add more stalls.
Thank you to everyone who generously gave to help make this possible. Because of you, we’re creating more space for people to come, hear the Gospel, and experience the love of Jesus. All glory to God!
Women of Forward
Women of Forward, join us for our Spring Tea on Friday, May 8th at 6:00 PM. Registration is now open, and dinner will be provided. The cost is $12 per person—be sure to register 👉https://www.forwardchurchfamily.com/events/
We hope you’ll plan to join us for a wonderful evening of fellowship! 🌸🫖
If you’d be interested in decorating a table for this event, please plan to attend a short meeting after our worship service THIS Sunday, March 29th.
Volunteer Opportunity
Serve With Us
Serving is one way that we can ‘Be the Church.’ We believe that serving is both a privilege and an act of worship. Volunteering is an opportunity to share our gifts with others. It is a chance to become more like Jesus.

Share the Love of Christ – Serve at The Breakaway Recovery House
Join us once a month as we share a meal and the love of Christ with the ladies residing at The Breakaway Recovery House, our neighbors just across the alley from Forward Church. Our goal is to make these women feel welcomed, valued, and invited to worship with us if they don’t have a church home.
Volunteers from Forward Church will prepare a meal and/or spend time in fellowship with the residents. Women of Forward, if you’d like to help or learn more, please contact Tonia Hatfield at Hatfield912@gmail.com.
Upcoming Dates:
April 19, May 17, June 21, July 19, August 16, September 20, October 18

Volunteer Opportunity: White Flag Shelter
You can bless our community by volunteering with Southern Indiana’s White Flag Shelter—an emergency overnight shelter that opens its doors when temperatures drop below 35 degrees. The shelter operates from November 15 through April 15.
There are many ways to serve, including helping with dinner, laundry service, preparing bedding, and—most importantly—building relationships with guests.

Chest of Joash
The Chest of Joash provides an opportunity to give above and beyond the normal tithe. The money from it goes directly to work needed done on our building.
In 2 Chronicles 24 we find Joash repairing the temple and a chest was set outside of it for people to bring a tithe that was used to pay the workers restoring the temple. Verse 10 says, “And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.”
A huge THANK YOU to all of you who have joyfully donated just as the Israelite officials and people did!
You can give to the Chest of Joash by clicking the button below and selecting “Chest of Joash” in the drop down menu.
Giving
We want you to know that you are not giving TO Forward Church, you are giving THROUGH Forward Church! Our commitment is to stewarding every dollar that God entrusts to us for the advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Live Stream
Join us online from anywhere every Sunday at 10:30am! You can stream our services here on our website! Just click “Watch Live” at the top of any page!
