🎲 Game Night tonight! 🎲

Game night is tonight at the church from 6:00–8:00 PM. We are looking forward to a fun evening together. Don’t forget to bring and appetizer or dessert to share.

Continue praying for our Propel Youth students and leaders as they enjoy an incredible weekend at the Forward Conference in Atlanta! They arrived safely and are already having a great time. Pray that God continues to open their hearts and deepen their faith.

Church family, thank you for faithfully lifting up our students and leaders in prayer. We are so grateful for the love and support you show them! When they return, take time to ask about their trip, hear what God did in their lives, and encourage them as they continue to grow in their relationship with Him. We can’t wait to celebrate all that God is doing in and through our Propel students!

We are excited to invite those who feel called to come alongside our church family during life’s challenges and celebrations. Through our Care Ministry, volunteers have the opportunity to share the love of Jesus in practical ways by providing meals through MealTrain, visiting those who are sick at home or in the hospital, offering support during times of loss, and helping meet other care needs within our church family.

Women of Forward, are you looking to connect with other women for encouragement, accountability, and prayer?

We’re excited to announce the launch of Women of Forward Accountability & Prayer Partners—a wonderful opportunity to build meaningful friendships, grow in your faith, and support one another in your walk with Christ.

These groups will consist of 3–4 women who commit to encouraging one another, sharing prayer requests, providing accountability, and cultivating Christ-centered relationships. Each group will determine its own meeting schedule and format based on what works best for its members.

Our forKids and Propel Student Ministry Choir will be singing during our worship service on Sunday, July 26th! This opportunity is open to all students from Kindergarten through high school. The Propel Middle & High School Ministry will be taking a break from our weekly Wednesday night gatherings for the summer. Students, be sure to invite your friends and join us for some exciting summer events, including our Soar N Bounce Event and Ice Cream Social! These special gatherings are a great opportunity to stay connected, build friendships, and have fun together throughout the summer.

Merge Young Adults

If you’re a young adult (ages 18–29) looking for encouraging community and solid biblical teaching, we’d love to invite you to join us as we gather every other Monday evening at the church. Dinner is always provided at 6:30 PM, and our Bible study begins at 7:00 PM. Our next gathering will be THIS Monday, June 29th. Merge Young Adults

Breakaway Recovery House

Women of Forward join us once a month as we share a meal and the love of Christ with the ladies residing at The Breakaway Recovery House, our neighbors just across the alley from Forward Church. Our goal is to make these women feel welcomed, valued, and invited to worship with us if they don’t have a church home.

Volunteers from Forward Church will prepare a meal and/or spend time in fellowship with the residents. Women of Forward, if you’d like to help or learn more, please contact Tonia Hatfield at Hatfield912@gmail.com.

We are so excited to announce that our Women of Forward Retreat has officially sold out!

This year, we’ll gather at Cliffview Resort in Natural Bridge, Kentucky, a beautiful setting where we’ll enjoy a refreshing and meaningful weekend of fellowship. Our theme this year is “This Is My Story” as we reflect on God’s faithfulness and the stories He is writing in each of our lives.

The retreat will begin Thursday, November 5th at 7:00 PM and conclude Saturday, November 7th at 3:00 PM.

We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for this special weekend together!

The Chest of Joash provides an opportunity to give above and beyond the normal tithe. The money from it goes directly to work needed done on our building.

In 2 Chronicles 24 we find Joash repairing the temple and a chest was set outside of it for people to bring a tithe that was used to pay the workers restoring the temple. Verse 10 says, “And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.”
