Moms of Littles Fellowship Opportunity
THIS Sunday, August 7th from 2:00-4:00 will be a great time for moms to get connected! Leave the kids with dad or find a sitter and come join other moms out at Huber’s Orchard and Winery for a time of fellowship. They’ll be enjoying appetizers, outdoor music, and getting to know each other! If you are a mom of littles you are invited to join in!

BIBLE STUDY
Our Women’s Bible Study will be starting back up on Wednesday, August 17th. They will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 and will be studying the book of Galatians. This will be a 5-6 week study with the 6th week being a fellowship dinner. You can sign up out at the Welcome Center Sunday morning!
FALL RETREAT

This year’s retreat will be September 22-24 at Country Lake Christian Retreat Center. The theme is Deepening our Roots Through Christian Community.

FORKIDS CHOIR SIGN-UPS
If you have kids ages 4-5th grader, get them signed up for our forKids Choir! They will be performing on Sunday, September 18th. There will be a sign up sheet out at the Welcome Center this Sunday!

FIRST3rd led by Preston Searcy. Open to college and career age and meets the first and third Sundays of the month.

Chest Of Joash
The Chest of Joash provides an opportunity to give above and beyond the normal tithe. The money from it goes directly to work needed done on our building.
In 2 Chronicles 24 we find Joash repairing the temple and a chest was set outside of it for people to bring a tithe that was used to pay the workers restoring the temple. Verse 10 says, “And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.”
