GAME NIGHT
Sunday, September 18th from 4:00-7:00 bring an appetizer to share and join us for another night of fun, games and fellowship! While the adults are playing games in the Atrium, the kids will be having a DUCT TAPE and MOVIE NIGHT.
Kids, use duct tape to make anything you want and bring or wear it when you come to Duct Tape and Movie Night. You will get to share and vote for your favorites!
The kids will also be making more fun, duct tape creations and are going old school and will be watching “Homeward Bound”!
Mark your calendars and make plans to come on out for a night full of fun for both adults and kids!
Marriage Mentoring
There are still spots available for any married couple who would like to be mentee’s in a marriage mentoring ministry! If you are married and would like to be partnered up with a mentoring couple, please sign up out at the Welcome Center on Sunday morning!
For those who may be wondering, you will be matched up with a mentoring couple from the church based off of questions on an application form you will be receiving. Once you’re matched up, your mentoring couple will get in touch with you and together you will make plans for what will work best for getting together and meeting.

MEN'S GROUP

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY
Wednesday Evenings
Our Women’s Bible Study has started and meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00. They are studying the book of Galatians. This will be a 6 week study with the 6th week being a fellowship dinner. You can still join them here at the church on Wednesday evenings!
Friday Mornings
There’s a women’s group that will be meeting Friday mornings at 8:30 at Mood Coffee in Sellersburg. They will be verse mapping through a book of the Bible. Join them any Friday morning!
COMMUNITY CORNER
We have a “Community Corner” that’s to the right of our coffee area. This is a place to post community events or service and job opportunities. Be sure to check it out Sunday to look for upcoming events and opportunities within our community.

Chest Of Joash
The Chest of Joash provides an opportunity to give above and beyond the normal tithe. The money from it goes directly to work needed done on our building.
In 2 Chronicles 24 we find Joash repairing the temple and a chest was set outside of it for people to bring a tithe that was used to pay the workers restoring the temple. Verse 10 says, “And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.”
