Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 10th for the Mission of Hope meal packing event. Through your generous donations to our Friends Forever Fund, we are able to provide 30,000 meals to hungry Haitian children through the Mission of Hope ministry.
We need at least 85 volunteers to help pack the meals. This is a great family event, as participants of all ages are welcome. All participants will receive a free t-shirt!! This is also a great opportunity to invite your friends and family who you would like to introduce to Forward Church.
We will be packing from 8am-noon here at the church. Let us know you are coming by signing up at the Welcome Desk in the atrium today!!
We had a great turnout this past week in Sunday School! If you didn’t get to come, make plans to be there this Sunday at 9am. All are welcome.
This is a verse-by-verse study focusing on the seven churches of Revelation found in chapters 1-3 and how these scriptures apply to us.

Last Sunday we began a new curriculum in our Clubhouse, God City, and Dig classes! We are using Answers in Genesis ABC curriculum for our Clubhouse, Answers in Genesis Mrs. C and Me in God City and Answers in Genesis Answers Bible Curriculum for Kids in the Dig. There are activities for kids to be able to do at home (or as a family) throughout the week.
Parents, we have a QR code OUTSIDE of each classroom with access to these documents that you can view from your phone or computer as discussion topics or print at home for them to complete. These QR codes will be updated each week to go with the lesson the kids learned.
It’s going to be a great year for our students in learning and growing in Christ and their love for God’s Word!
If you have a middle school or high school student who wants to grow in their faith and connect with others their age, join us any Wednesday here at the church.

Chest Of Joash
The Chest of Joash provides an opportunity to give above and beyond the normal tithe. The money from it goes directly to work needed done on our building.
In 2 Chronicles 24 we find Joash repairing the temple and a chest was set outside of it for people to bring a tithe that was used to pay the workers restoring the temple. Verse 10 says, “And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.”
