The Forward Church Staff and Elders would like to send out a huge THANK YOU to everyone who generously gave to the Friends Forever Fund! Your giving surpassed our goal of $125,000!! All glory to God!

These donations have allowed us to put a new roof on the building and provide 30,000 meals to Haitian children through Mission of Hope. Don’t forget to mark your calendar for the meal packing event on Saturday, February 10th here at the church building.

As we kick off the New Year, we want to put a resource in your hands to spend the first 30 days of 2024 praying over someone in your life that doesn’t know Jesus.

Prayer is at the core of every great movement in Church history.  If we want to see a great movement of God in our time, that movement begins with each of us committing to prayer.

The North American Mission Board has produced this booklet to guide you in praying for one person in your life. This prayer guide will help you know what to pray and give specific Scriptures as well.  Please feel free to grab one in the atrium this Sunday and begin praying over your one!

Here at Forward Church we have an incredible middle and high school youth ministry that meets every Wednesday evening from 7-8:30PM at the church. Led by Pastor Blake Belles, with help from some amazing volunteer leaders, this gathering focuses on solid Biblical teaching, real-life application, and a little bit of fun thrown in.
If you have a middle school or high school student who wants to grow in their faith and connect with others their age, join us any Wednesday.

Contact Blake Belles at blake@forwardchurchfamily.com with any questions.

Our next House of Prayer will be Thursday, January 11th from 7:00-8:00pm at the church. This is always for the whole family. Simply show up and you will be guided in how to pray on your own or with your families.
*Note: childcare is not provided.

Happy holidays from the Forward MERGE family!!

We had a great turnout for our MERGE first annual Christmas party! There were beautiful decorations, a wonderful meal, and fun games. We are so blessed by these young people.

Our next meeting is Monday, January 8th from 6:30-8:30PM. Dinner is always provided. Our lesson begins at 7pm, so come later if you are unable to make it for dinner. We just request that you RSVP.

Sign up today at the Welcome Desk in the atrium and a leader will get you connected.

Chest Of Joash

The Chest of Joash provides an opportunity to give above and beyond the normal tithe. The money from it goes directly to work needed done on our building.

In 2 Chronicles 24 we find Joash repairing the temple and a chest was set outside of it for people to bring a tithe that was used to pay the workers restoring the temple. Verse 10 says, “And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.”

A huge THANK YOU to all of you who have joyfully donated just as the Israelite officials and people did!

You can give to the Chest of Joash by clicking the button below and selecting “Chest of Joash” in the drop down menu.
